About Zhejiang Zhongda Sunjoy We are a subsidiary of the Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co. Ltd. Design Team and Sample Room
We have a young and innovative design team who could make special product design and development for our customers with different orientations and levels. Our sample room consists of senior pattern makers and skilled workers. They take superior techniques and qualified samples as the only target. Relying on their quick responses, we guarantee a sample lead time of 14 days and a prompt reply to clients' inquiries within 24 hours.
Production Base
We have also set up our own factory with six assembly lines in Jiaxing, Pinghu, with a main function of incoming material checking, finished goods checking and material storage. This factory is mostly running as a production base, and as such it can cooperate with many inland manufacturers.
Supplier Network
We maintain fruitful cooperation with our suppliers and persist on improving our supplier network. Specialized personnel develop and audit our suppliers, and after years of partnership, most of our suppliers have gained certificates such as SA8000, WRAP, BSCI and more.
QC System
With more than 20 years of experience, we've established a system consisting of product development, material sourcing and quality control. We use four- and six-point systems for woven and knitted fabric inspection, and our finished products comply with AQL1.0, 2.5 and 4.0 standards according to different requirements from clients.
